Hope you’re enjoying your Summer Holidays! Although the past couple days have been really overcast, windy and cold. I would love to know what you have gotten up to over the past couple weeks. I spent most of my holiday with my friends and family in Mangawhai (1.5 hours north of Auckland).
I really like your first question ‘other than a basketball player what else would you want to be?’. This is a really thoughtful question and I wonder what the answer would be. I googled his favourite food and it came up with ‘cereal’! But even better, I found out what he eats on game day:
Breakfast: egg white omelet with smoked salmon, gluten-free pancakes with berries Lunch: whole wheat pasta, salmon and vegetables Pre-game: peanut butter and jelly sandwich Halftime: sliced apples with almond butter Post-game: protein shake (plant-based protein powder, almond milk, fruit) Dinner: chicken parmesan with a rocket salad and a "beautiful glass" of cabernet
What would be your favourite meal from his eating schedule? Mine would be his breakfast (egg white omelet with smoked salmon, gluten-free pancakes with berries).
