I’m Dani, one of the blog commenters for the Kaikohekohe cluster for the Summer Learning Journey. I have heard some great things about the learners in the Manaiakalani cluster so I thought I would jump on and check out some blog posts.
Well done for finding some great similarities and differences between Amelia Earhart and Jean Batten. I can’t imagine how scary it must have been to fly solo in a plane for those distances. The planes were very different to the planes we have now and I’m glad our planes are safer now. Have you ever been in a plane anywhere? I actually went to Sydney this year in Australia, it was my first time visiting another country. The plane ride was exciting as first but got boring quickly!
