information about Mexico

here are two piece's of information about mexico that you should know.

student voice Report

Room 7 had to do a piece of writing about our goals for our Reports  so our parents could see it. Our spelling had to be correct and it had  to make sense.

country project

Room 7 is doing a presentation of country's. every body has a different country then we have to go on our chrome books and do a presentation of the country we picked. I picked Mexico.

Athletics Day

yesterday we had our Athletics Day. at the Hall they were giving out sausage sizzle's,jusicle's,juice and ice blocks. but they had to cost money. we've done relays high jump and some water activities so we had to get some spare clothes. while the teachers were telling us the instructions for each game we had to wear our house colours and sit in our house colours. that was the best day ever.

our deputy principle.

Miss sadgrove is our deputy principal. She looks after us and makes sure that we are happy at Glen Taylor. But sadly last Friday she left because she was moving house's far away, that day was the worst day ever. Glen Taylor miss her

My rat

Room 7 did some rats out of paper mache . I painted mine black and the eyes are made out  of bean bag beans and then i painted it pink and then with the hot glue gun i stick  them on. then i used black pipe cleaners to do the tail. and i stick  them on with the hot glue gun.

Narrative writing

5 Week Fitness challenge

Room 7 is doing a 5 week fitness challenge. You have to  get with a buddy and you do the Fitness and then when your done your buddy have to write your score on your sheet for each Fitness. We set some goals and decided on how we were going to achieve them.

how to create a blog post.

Room 7 did some posters on how to make sure that you always do a quality blog post. this poster will always help you to remember what to check before publishing your post into your blog.

Room 7 did some simile's of Teacher's in Glen Taylor School. simile's are when you describe someone that has some thing in common with an animal.

Room 7 did some writing about a nervous princess who is about to climb M.t Everest. she was really nervous when She was climbing the mountain.

Recount Writing

Room 7 did a recount writing about a water fight picture. We had to write about a time when we had a water fight. We used a picture to help us.

Room 7 has been learning how it looked like in 1917. we were told to make a poster about it.

Kawa of Care

My mum came to the Kawa of Care meeting . We talked about how I could take care of my Chromebook when I take it home at the end of the meeting. We also talked about what things I will do on my Chromebook when i'm using it at home.

On Thursday 27th July we had Student Led Conferences. I showed my mum and my brothers all my work on my Chromebook. We took a picture with my Chromebook.
